Siemens Energy seeks a Quality Professional for Latin America to lead regional Quality and EHS activities within the Transformer Order Execution organization. You will collaborate with project managers, EHS specialists, factories, and suppliers to implement EQS requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Your role focuses on coordination, follow-up, and reporting of EQS performance, including NC management, root-cause analysis, and lessons learned.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or EHS coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing.
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as LATAM regional focal point for Quality and EHS across projects.
• Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Consolidate regionalQuality indicators, customer metrics (NPS) and action plans.
• Support internal audits and Management Reviews for governance.
• Coordinate EHS indicators and action plans with project teams and external providers.
