Fugro LATAM seeks a Lead with deep expertise in Nearshore Site Investigation (NSI) and geophysics to translate strategic direction into deployable, executable methodologies for LATAM markets. • Degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in geotechnical, geophysical, or marine services.
• Proven leadership in NSI, multi-country operations, and client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATAM NSI/nearshore strategic alignment and bid involvement.
• Provide application-driven technical leadership for NSI and marine projects.
• Own technical and operational readiness for NSI, including resources and delivery.
• Drive complex opportunities from FEED to investigation campaigns.
• Integrate with Commercial Excellence to improve win rates and risk management.
• Mentor regional NSI talent and build a LATAM technical community.
