Sisu Group is hiring a Community Manager to own and grow our LATAM communities across Meta, Telegram, TikTok and Discord. You will localise content, engage directly with fans, and craft campaigns that drive interaction in the LATAM market.

You will coordinate with designers and video producers, publish posts per content plans, and monitor audience feedback. The role requires native Spanish and strong English, with 2+ years in community management in iGaming or related fields.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Community Management.
• Native-level Spanish with strong English written/spoken skills.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities for engaging content.
• Experience creating and managing community campaigns to grow engagement.
• Proactive, independent, take ownership.
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage communities on Meta, Telegram, TikTok and Discord.
• Publish and localise posts according to content plan.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and mentions promptly.
• Plan and run contests, polls, giveaways to boost daily engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and video producers to ensure on-brand content.
• Track metrics like followers, engagement, reach and share insights with the team.
• Follow LATAM iGaming trends and competitors for new ideas.
