Responsibilities

Support monitoring and continuous improvement of Change & Warranty Management processes.
Review and monitor the quality and compliance of technical change management procedures.
Analyze daily operational data and evaluate the quality of MOP processes within the Network Control Center (NCC).
Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives and operational standards.
Promote digital security awareness and compliance with security procedures across relevant teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen operational efficiency.
