Signant Health is seeking an Associate Clinical Data Coordinator - Operations to support the Clinical Data Management team with data management activities ensuring on-time, accurate deliverables. You will work with internal teams to communicate, verify data changes, and support data clarifications for studies.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Medicine, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional context.
• Ability to read technical docs and understand system requirements.
• Extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
• Capable of rapidly learning new skills, procedures and tools.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Proactive approach to tasks and process changes.
• 0–2 years of professional clinical trials data management experience.
• Proficiency in Access, Excel, and related office software.
• Knowledge of SAS and SQL; familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management and project teams to provide data management services.
• Execute data management activities to support timely, accurate deliverables.
• Communicate data management status and issues across the study team.
• Facilitate and verify data clarifications, data changes, and external reconciliations.
• Contribute to study data management documents and UAT of reports and data checks.
