Procter & Gamble is seeking an IT Intern at the SANTIAGO PLANT in Santiago, Chile. You will work on a hands-on project to build a solution and craft an IT and digital innovation strategy for a business unit.

The role offers continuous coaching, mentorship, and a dynamic work environment that promotes agility and work/life balance. Candidates are active undergraduates with a background in engineering.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a student who:

• Is an active undergraduate student with 12-24 months left to graduate.


• Currently enrolled in a BS degree program in engineering, Industrial engineering, mechanics engineering or any related engineering.

Hard Skills

• Solid understanding of Python, SQL, and foundational data engineering concepts (ETL, data modeling, pipeline design


• Strong analytical capacity, critical thinking, and ability to translate data into business insights.


• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written in Spanish and English.

Soft Skills

• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate strong discipline in self-organization.


• Strong interpersonal skills.


• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment


• Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.


• Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
