Job summary

BairesDev in Chile is seeking an Internal Developer Platform Engineer to architect and maintain a centralized developer portal, improving service discovery and documentation. You will create automated templates to onboard new microservices and design CI/CD pipelines across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Platform Eng/DevOps or Software Eng, with Hands-on Kubernetes, Helm, Backstage or Cortex knowledge, and strong Go or Python skills, plus advanced English.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building internal developer platforms and portals using tools like Backstage or Cortex.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD platform design.
• Proficiency in programming with Go or Python for developing service templates and automation.
• Strong background in improving developer experience and self-service scaffolding.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
