Job summary

BairesDev, a global software development leader, is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will build and scale Kubernetes-based internal platforms, bridging infrastructure and development to empower teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Platform Engineering or DevOps, hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm expertise, and a GitOps mindset. Join us to work fully remotely with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.

As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain robust, scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly while abstracting away underlying complexity.

What You'll Do
