Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a results-oriented professional to support innovation programs across multiple regional initiatives. You will assist in planning, executing, and tracking innovation projects, POCs, and MVPs while coordinating with diverse teams to deliver measurable value.

With a focus on analytics, problem framing, and stakeholder engagement, you will help shape business cases, dashboards, and executive materials to drive strategic outcomes and improved patient care globally.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, startups, product development.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment.
• Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs, or project management.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Spanish; Intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience building business cases, ROI analysis or feasibility frameworks; familiar with innovation methodologies and proficiency with analytical and dashboarding tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow-up activities.
• Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools, frameworks, and templates.
• Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials.
• Assist in structuring opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, experimentation plans, project briefs, and inputs for business cases.
• Support the execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects.
• Support ecosystem scouting and mapping activities across startups, universities, hubs, and partners.
• Contribute to developing an innovation culture through communications, knowledge management, and engagement.
