Qualifications

• Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, startups, product development.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment.
• Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Spanish. Intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience building business cases, ROI analysis or feasibility frameworks; ROI/cost impact awareness; familiarity with innovation methodologies and analytics tools is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow-ups.
• Provide methodological support to project teams in using innovation tools, frameworks, and templates.
• Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials.
• Assist in structuring opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, experimentation plans, project briefs, and inputs for business cases.
• Support execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects.
• Contribute to ecosystem scouting and mapping activities across startups, universities, partners, and healthtech solutions.
• Support development of an innovation culture through communications, storytelling, knowledge management, and engagement
