Brunel is actively seeking an experienced Project Risk & Change Manager to lead risk and change management for a major industrial operation on a contract basis. You will oversee change processes, evaluate impacts, manage change notices, and ensure changes are reflected in budgets and schedules.

You will also drive risk management activities, facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk registers, and report exposure to leadership for strategic decisions.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in project risk management, change management, and project controls.
• Experience with cost control, project estimating, forecasting, cost management, and reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems and project controls software; SAP/Primavera P6/EcoSys assets considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project change management process from initial identification through approval and implementation.
• Evaluate potential changes for cost, schedule, risk, scope, and business impacts.
• Manage project change notices and maintain accurate change logs within the applicable change management system.
• Ensure approved changes are incorporated into project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and reporting.
• Identify out-of-scope changes through design reviews and document quantity variances using material take-offs and supporting design documentation.
• Assess the cost and schedule impacts of design changes, construction changes, cost growth, and schedule slippage.
• Lead the project risk management process, including facilitating risk workshops, maintaining risk registers, and assessing probability and impact.
• Develop mitigation plans and report project risk exposure to leadership.
• Present risk, contingency, change, and forecast information to support strategic decision-making.
• Validate estimated quantities and the cost of materials, equipment, and labour associated with project estimates, change orders, and scope changes.
• Review drawings, sketches, calculations, and other engineering or construction documentation to support change validation.
• Identify and resolve project controls issues in collaboration with other project controls professionals.
• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, engineering teams, and construction teams.
• Provide shared oversight and support to cost control personnel, as required.
