SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify is seeking a strong QA engineer to join the SIMBA Team. This full-time remote role focuses on manual testing across web applications, with close collaboration to engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and document defects.

You’ll maintain QA documentation, design test plans, and support release validation in an agile workflow, helping ensure quality and reliability across languages and platforms.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing experience.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression & exploratory testing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team across web apps.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate features and releases.
• Document defects with steps, expected vs. actual results and evidence.
• Maintain QA documentation: test cases, regression suites, reports, and release validation summaries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to triage issues by user impact.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure QA is embedded in the lifecycle.
• Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure quality before launch.
• Identify improvements to QA processes and coverage.
