Speechify SIMBA Team is seeking a strong QA engineer to help ensure quality for the SIMBA voice agents. You will develop and execute manual test plans, validate features across browsers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document defects.

This full-time remote role emphasizes strong QA fundamentals, agile collaboration, and continuous process improvement, with opportunities to influence release validation and product quality at scale.

Formación

• 3+ years of manual QA testing experience, focusing on Web applications
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, regression, exploratory testing, bug reporting
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with clear issue communication
• Strong written communication for defect reports and test results
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear)
• Experience using browser developer tools to aid debugging and reproduction

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team across core user flows and edge cases
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices for new features, fixes, and releases
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear steps and evidence
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, and release validation summaries
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues by user impact
• Participate in Agile rituals (daily standups, sprints, grooming, retrospectives)
• Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure quality before launch
• Identify ways to improve manual QA processes and test coverage
