Qualifications

• IB Math HL teaching experience and IB training.
• Experience with Common Core Standards (preferred).
• Experience with competency-based learning or standards-based learning (preferred).
• Solid conceptual and applied knowledge of current research and trends in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with colleagues.
• Minimum of 2 years of high school teaching experience.
• High English proficiency level.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to fostering the school's mission, vision, and values.
• Promote a positive, collaborative school culture in the Nido community.
• Teach five sections of high school math, including IB and non-IB courses.
• Collaborate weekly with the math department to enhance curriculum.
• Serve as an Advisor for 8-12 high school students.
• Engage in co-curricular programs by advising a club or coaching a team.
• Participate in the annual Week Without Walls program.
