BairesDev is hiring an IAM Engineer to design and implement scalable identity solutions using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML, and to manage Auth0, Okta, or Cognito for centralized authentication across global applications.

You will architect RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired models, automate identity lifecycles, and collaborate with engineering teams to enforce security standards. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or systems engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing identity systems with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.
• Strong understanding of authorization models (RBAC, ReBAC, Zanzibar-inspired patterns).
• Automation of identity workflows and SSO/federation integration.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable identity solutions using modern protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing identity systems using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.
• Proficiency in authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar‑inspired patterns like SpiceDB or OpenFGA.
• Strong background in automating identity workflows and integrating SSO and federation services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
