TELUS Health seeks a Corporate Accounts Assistant to support account launches, prepare client presentations in Spanish and English, and coordinate onboarding for new and existing clients in a hybrid role based in Santiago, Chile.

You will drive account performance insights with usage reports, manage client communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and strengthen relationships.

Formación

• Students or recent graduates of Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Less than 2 years of experience in account support, client services, customer service, or similar client-facing roles.
• English at least B1 for communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver client presentations and support account launches.
• Prepare usage and utilization reports to track portfolio performance.
• Onboard new clients and maintain existing relationships through coordination.
• Manage client information across platforms and distribute marketing materials.
• Represent the team at client events and promote services.
• Follow up on account management priorities and adapt to strategy shifts.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with internal teams.
