Sovos is seeking an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America in Chile. You will partner with managers to deliver engaging HR programs, drive employee experience, and ensure compliant, people-first HR practices across the region.

You will manage inquiries on culture, benefits, payroll, and policies, conduct interviews, and support recruitment and promotions while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to optimize HR processes.

Formación

• Solid HR experience in partnering/advisory role, regional or distributed workforce preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; clear cross-cultural communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rollout of HR programs including wellness, internships, and rotation programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of local employment law and ensure compliance across the region.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to align on recruitment and internal promotions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance employee communications and HR workflows.

The Role

At Sovos, we're building a workplace where our people can thrive. We're looking for an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America who will partner closely with managers and employees to deliver programs and support that make Sovos a great place to work. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape employee experience, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure our HR practices are both compliant and people-first.

• Partner with managers to identify and implement initiatives that support employee engagement and strengthen team culture across your region.
• Lead the rollout of HR programs including wellness, community investment, engagement events, internships, and rotation programs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies, consulting on employee relations matters and helping resolve issues fairly and consistently.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and act as a change champion for new policies and cultural initiatives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local employment law, administer leave of absence processes, and ensure HR practices remain compliant across the region.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering to align on key priorities and support recruitment and internal promotion processes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance employee communications, streamline HR workflows, and identify engagement patterns across your employee base.

What You Bring to Sovos

• You've built solid HR experience in a partnering or advisory capacity, ideally supporting a regional or distributed workforce.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across cultures and levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of employment law in Latin America, with the ability to apply compliance knowledge practically and consistently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build trusted relationships with managers and employees, and drive programs from concept to completion.
• A proactive, people-first mindset with a track record of supporting employee engagement, resolving employee relations issues, and championing a positive workplace culture.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and HR technology platforms to improve service delivery and insights.
