Formación

• 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to conduct training and develop training materials.
• Passion for learning new technologies and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with clients regarding enhancement requests.
• Manage resolution of outstanding acceptance issues.
• Develop and provide technical support for software customizations.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of web-oriented languages (JavaScript, HTML)

Programming languages (Java, C++, PHP, Python)

SQL, data modelling, data analysis

Client-focused interaction

Good presentation and communication skills

Educación

University degree or equivalent work experience
