Zubale in Santiago, Chile seeks a Product Engineer - Growth to own and optimize user acquisition, onboarding, and automation across the marketplace. You will combine growth, product thinking, and operations to attract, convert, onboard, and retain gig workers at scale.

Formación

• Owned business results related to LTV, CAC, and funnel.
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, SQL, Python, or no-code/low-code tools.
• Experience in Growth, Product, Marketplace Operations, Performance Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition performance for Chile.
• Lead user acquisition team.
• Define and execute acquisition strategy across channels.
• Manage acquisition budgets and ROI.
• Test, measure, and scale growth levers.
• Improve onboarding and activation rates.
• Lead automation strategy for the user acquisition funnel.
• Monitor marketplace health and workforce capacity.
