Formación

• 4+ years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Information Security Auditing.
• Experience implementing and managing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
• Strong in risk assessments, control mapping, and audit support activities.
• Hands-on policy writing and developing organizational governance standards.
• Ability to analyze security metrics and report to executives.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

GRC Analyst at BairesDev

As a GRC Analyst, you will be the strategic navigator of our risk and compliance landscape. You will harmonize technical security operations with broader business objectives, ensuring our infrastructure and processes consistently align with global regulatory standards and internal risk appetites.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks and organizational security policies.
• Execute systematic risk assessments and manage the corporate risk register to prioritize mitigation efforts.
• Coordinate end-to-end audit lifecycles, acting as the primary liaison for both internal and external evaluators.
• Map internal controls across multiple compliance standards to eliminate operational redundancy and ensure coverage.
• Analyze security performance metrics to provide executive leadership with clear visibility into the organization’s risk posture.
• Oversee third-party risk management by evaluating vendor security practices and ensuring supply chain integrity.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Information Security Auditing.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
• Strong proficiency in performing risk assessments, control mapping, and audit support activities.
