Agile Business Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll work within Agile teams to groom and prioritize the backlog, keeping sprints focused and development moving smoothly. Embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of Agile delivery, you'll translate business needs into clear, actionable stories that teams can execute against. This is your opportunity to apply business analysis skills within a fast-paced Agile environment, directly influencing sprint planning and delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Groom and prioritize the backlog as part of ongoing Agile ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to clarify scope and acceptance criteria throughout sprints.
• Support sprint planning and refinement sessions with well-prepared, prioritized work items.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within Agile environments.
• Strong experience with backlog grooming.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
