The British Royal School is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and Native English Speaker to join our educational team as a Graduate Learning Assistant (GLA).

The Role

Hours: 42 chronological hours per week.

Focus: Creating an authentic English immersion environment within the school.

Support: Working closely with teachers to facilitate lessons and providing direct support to students to boost their confidence and speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality English-medium instruction.
• Engage students in natural conversation to improve fluency and pronunciation.
• Support small group activities and one-on-one interventions.
• Model native-level linguistic nuances and cultural context.

Requirements

• University degree (completed or in progress) or relevant teaching certification.
• Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
