FLSmidth is seeking a globally focused Vice President, Head of Thickening to lead the Thickener portfolio across its lifecycle. You will own the P&L, set commercial strategy, pricing, and the product roadmap, driving volume growth while protecting profitability and delivering value to customers.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within mining, minerals processing, capital equipment, or industrial technology businesses.
• Significant experience with thickening technologies, dewatering solutions, or adjacent process equipment in mineral processing.
• Understanding of thickener performance drivers, customer processes, and aftermarket opportunities.
• Proven success leading a global business or portfolio with revenue growth and profitability accountability.
• Strong commercial leadership including business development, pricing strategy, market expansion, and P&L ownership.
• Experience across both capital equipment sales and aftermarket offerings such as upgrades, rebuilds, and lifecycle services.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global P&L for the thickeners portfolio and oversee revenue, operating income, and profitability.
• Develop and execute long-term strategy and growth plans for Capital and Upgrades & Rebuilds.
• Lead global sales growth with regional teams and key account leadership, driving pipeline and conversions.
• Define and govern global pricing strategies to balance profitability with market competitiveness.
• Drive upgrades, modernization, and lifecycle offerings across the installed base with regional alignment.
• Lead and develop a matrixed global team of product managers, engineers, and technical sales.
