Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, commerce, engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, materials management or inventory coordination.
• Hands-on SAP experience, including PO verification, Goods Receipts, PGI, and related codes.
• Experience coordinating with inventory teams and supporting month-end closing and reconciliation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily material movements and goods receipts in SAP.
• Verify purchase orders and ensure timely goods receipts.
• Monitor open/overdue POs and follow up with Buyers to close receipts.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement and Logistics to resolve material issues.
