Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or communications.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in IT support, with leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, BitLocker and Defender ATP; Windows and MacOS familiarity.
• Office 365 environment expertise (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience deploying smartphones (Android/iOS).
• Strong training-development skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and project participation—provide IT support for the global end user community, including remote workers.
• Training: assist development of service-based training for IT and end users.
• Project participation: assist deployment of new services within project teams.
• Security and compliance: work with service security to ensure devices stay compliant.
• Service ownership: assist design, testing, and documentation for owned services; road-mapping and development.
