Singulares.bcorp seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Chilean operation in the southern region, ensuring operational, financial, product, and organizational excellence to meet and exceed budgets.

The successful candidate will have an MSc or equivalent, at least eight years of senior management experience in aquaculture (preferably salmonids), and fluency in English and Spanish, with a proven track record of growth and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• MSc degree or reasonable equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant management experience, gained in aqua business.
• Extensive knowledge of aquaculture industry ideally in salmonids.
• Professional level of English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic planning and financial management to achieve budget targets.
• Lead operational, product, and organizational excellence across Chilean operations.
• Represent the company and manage customer relations, business development, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and reporting to senior leadership.
