Fall Creek is seeking a General Manager - Chile to shape strategy, drive sustainable growth, and lead a talented team in Chillán. You will strengthen customer and industry relationships that move our business forward.

You will own the Chilean business P&L, set budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, and ensure safe, efficient operations across production, supply chain, and fulfillment. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership with commercial, operational and financial responsibility.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable operating plans and drive accountability.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified General Manager - Chile This position will be located in Chillan, Chile.

The Fall Creek General Manager - Chile will shape strategy, drive sustainable growth, and lead a talented team while strengthening the customer and industry relationships that move our business forward.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

• Lead and execute Fall Creek's business strategy in Chile, turning regional and global priorities into clear plans and measurable results.
• Drive profitable growth through commercial execution, customer partnerships, market development, and increased adoption of Fall Creek genetics, products, and services.
• Build strong relationships with growers, customers, industry organizations, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as the voice of the Chilean market, bringing customer, industry, and competitive insights into regional and global business decisions.
• Own the Chile business P&L, industry revenue, margin, expenses, profitability, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Establish clear expectations and performance measures while holding leaders accountable for financial, commercial, and operational results.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across production, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Make thoughtful decisions around investments, resources, costs, and priorities that balance current performance with sustainable long-term growth.
• Build, develop, and lead and engaged, customer-focused team while creating a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent and organizational capability while modeling Fall Creek's values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Humility.
• Represent Fall Creek within the Chilean blueberry industry and ensure operations meet applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, and company requirements.

What you bring to Fall Creek:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience with commercial, operational, and financial responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a P&L and delivering against revenue, profitability, cost, and cash-flow objectives.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable operating plans, establish meaningful performance measures, and drive accountability.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and business performance management.
• Demonstrated success building customer relationships, leading and developing teams, and delivering business results.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within a regional or global matrix organization is preferred.
• Experience within blueberries, berries, nursery production, plant genetics, produce, specialty crops, or broader agriculture is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Chilean agricultural sector and grower community is preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.
