Reboot Monkey is seeking Freelance Data Center Technicians to deliver on-demand support for global data centers. You will install, troubleshoot, and manage servers, networking gear, and security within data centers, ensuring high uptime and reliability.

Ideal candidates work independently, coordinate with remote teams, and bring deep expertise in data center equipment and software. This role offers flexible hours, remote/on-site tickets, and ongoing opportunities with a variety of clients.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and on-demand support.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking hardware.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking devices.
• Manage Linux and Windows systems with updates and security patches.
• Document installations and performance for remote management.
• Implement security protocols to protect data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
