Job summary

Bodyarmor in Chile (Santiago) seeks a Senior Manager Finance to lead the local finance team and drive disciplined financial execution across planning, controls, and cost management. You will partner with plant leadership, Operations, Supply Chain and KO Corporate to translate business needs into actionable financial actions and insights.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, a BBA in accounting/finance or similar, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
CPA and/or MBA preferred.
7+ years in finance roles within manufacturing or operations.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day finance agenda and provide timely insights to leadership.
Oversee a local finance team of four reports and ensure disciplined execution.
Coordinate annual planning, rolling estimates, and forecasts with alignment to regional guidance.
Monitor operating income, productivity, inventory, and cost controls with corrective actions.
Ensure audits, internal controls, and compliance across local processes.
