Intrepid Travel is seeking a Finance Assistant for DMC Chile, based in Santiago with a hybrid work setup. You will support the Finance Manager, ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system and collaboration with Operations and Reservations teams.

You will manage supplier and freelance payments in CLP, USD, ARS and BRL, handle tax compliance, invoicing, and assist with monthly close. 1–2 years’ experience and strong Excel skills are required.

Competenze

1–2 years of experience in payments, invoicing, reconciliations, or accounting.
Knowledge of Chilean tax regulations (SII, VAT, export of services, exempt invoices, boletas de honorarios).
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise deadlines during peak season.

Mansioni

Support day-to-day finance operations for the Chile DMC.
Process supplier and freelance payments across multiple currencies.
Issue client invoices in line with local tax regulations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Conduct bank reconciliations and support monthly close.
