Bechtel Corporation in Escondida, Chile, seeks a Civil/Construction Engineer to provide project field engineering specialization. You will focus on work planning, material management, QA/QC, safety, and subcontract coordination for concrete batch plant operations at a remote/high-altitude site.

The role requires a Civil/Construction Engineering degree and 8–10 years of CSA field experience, with Spanish fluency and English working knowledge. Travel and site roster apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years CSA field engineering experience.
• Experience with concrete batch plant operations and QA/QC on large EPC/EPCM mining projects.
• Remote/high-altitude site experience in Chile desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation of construction drawings, schedules, and temporary facilities.
• Coordinate material management, requisitions, and quantity takeoffs.
• Verify quantities and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Support batch plant operations: aggregates, cement, water, admixtures, mix designs.
• Review ITPs, RFIs, NCRs; coordinate with QA/QC and subcontractors.
• Provide CSA field engineering support for concrete production and turnover.
