Patria Investments seeks an ESG Research Analyst / Associate to join the IR team in Chile. You will build and interrogate financial and credit models, analyze issuers and portfolio companies through an ESG lens, and translate insights into outputs for investment teams and external reporting requirements such as the PRI.

The role focuses on ESG risk, materiality, and impact analysis layered on top of fundamental work, with collaboration across credit and equities teams in Santiago.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in credit research, equity research, investment analysis, or a similar fundamental analysis role.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain credit and equity financial models with ESG-adjusted assumptions.
• Analyze fundamentals: capital structure, covenants, earnings quality, valuation with ESG factors.
• Identify ESG risks (regulatory, reputational, environmental, social, governance) with financial materiality.
• Support ESG due diligence on new investments; track issues and findings.
• Map disclosures against PRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, GRI and identify gaps.
• Track sustainability, climate, governance metrics across the portfolio and benchmark.
• Prepare data and materials for client meetings and ESG disclosures.
