Sezzle is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own merchant integrations from sales through live deployment and beyond. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design tailored solutions for enterprise merchants, spanning web, mobile apps, and in-store adaptations.

This role blends technical depth with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will lead demos, architect integrations across our API, SDKs, and plugins for Shopify,

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, or technical account management).
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android and guiding merchant developers.
• Experience supporting enterprise merchants with custom-built integrations.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API documentation.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix).
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows: cart, checkout, payments, refunds, shipping, product mgmt.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants and map to Sezzle integration paths.
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for engineering and business stakeholders.
• Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix).
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDK implementation and in-app checkout.
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch, including checkout flow and handoff behavior.
• Troubleshoot live integration issues with Support and Engineering.
• Translate merchant needs into product feedback and drive fixes.
• Build and maintain integration docs, runbooks, and internal enablement.
• Act as trusted technical advisor post-launch and spot optimization opportunities.
