Consultores de Empresas seeks an Electrical BIM/VDC Coordinator to interpret electrical construction docs, build detailed Revit models, and perform clash detection. You will coordinate with multiple disciplines, produce shop drawings, and support field teams through remote coordination.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and proactive work in a remote environment, with experience in data centers, healthcare, or industrial projects considered a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of BIM/VDC and construction modeling experience.
• Minimum 3 years of electrical project coordination.
• Proficient in detailed electrical modeling with Revit.
• Experience with LOD 350–400 electrical models.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and analyze construction documentation for electrical systems.
• Model conduit systems and develop LOD 400 electrical models in Revit.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Coordinate electrical model with other disciplines and teams.
• Produce sleeve drawings, embedded points, and shop drawings.
• Support field operations through remote coordination.
• Resolve modeling issues and ensure code compliance.
• Collaborate on mechanical/MEP and process piping tasks as needed.
