Black Pen Recruitment invites an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to join a Microsoft Gold Partner team. The role focuses on presales, high-level solution design, and leading end-to-end Dynamics implementations for large enterprises.

Relocation to Malta is provided with visa and relocation support. The candidate will mentor offshore teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive business development while delivering innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and architect level certifications.
• Strong presales and solution architecture experience for large-scale Dynamics deployments.
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore development teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Act as SME for technical and functional designs across the Microsoft stack.
• Coach team members and drive training to close skills gaps.
