Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement end-to-end systems architecture for a multinational client. The role focuses on D365, Azure, ERP/CE integrations, and delivering scalable solutions with leadership across delivery teams.

The position is hybrid, with relocation support to Malta (visa included), and a competitive euro-denominated package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certification in D365 business applications.
• 4+ years’ experience leading end-to-end D365 solutions.
• Proficiency with Azure Platform, Power Platform and integration patterns.
• Excellent English communication; strong leadership and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Owns the functional and technical end-to-end solution.
• Ensures end-to-end solution cohesion and correctness.
• Designs governance for an integrated system aligned to product vision.
• Drives improvements to the systems architecture with technical staff.
• Leads discussions with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical vision.
