IQVIA is seeking an Import/Export Specialist (RSU1) to manage LATAM trade activities, with emphasis on Chile. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate with sponsors and project teams. Strong English, 1+ year in pharma trade, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

The role requires regional knowledge, risk management, and the ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant import/export operations.

Formación

• Clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• At least 1 year in international trade (ComEx), import/export in pharmaceutical industry (clinical trials).
• Advanced English level and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle importation and exportation activities for LATAM, with Chile as a focus.
• Ensure SOPs and WIs are followed, tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain internal systems and project documentation for import/export activities.
• Coordinate with sponsors and project teams during planning and execution.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and ensure paperwork accuracy.
