IQVIA Argentina is seeking an Import/Export Specialist to manage LATAM import/export activities, with a Chile focus. The role ensures SOP adherence, quality of deliverables, and timely project execution. You will maintain systems and provide local expertise during project timelines.

The ideal candidate has clinical research experience, at least 1 year in international trade within the pharmaceutical industry, advanced English, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Clinical research experience. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 1 year experience related to international trade (ComEx), import and export processes in pharmaceutical industry (clinical Trials)
• Advanced English level
• Good communicational and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Handle importation and exportation activities for LATAM countries, with Chile as a focus.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and Work Instructions, project timelines and quality Deliverables.
• Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project information.
• Plan and monitor project timelines; implement contingency plans as needed.
• Provide local expertise to SAMs and project teams during timeline planning.
• Perform quality control of documents and records.
• Interact with sponsors on initiatives and meetings as required.
