Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chile offers a Drive the Future program designed to strengthen the early-career talent pipeline for recent graduates. The program runs initially for 6 months with possible extension up to 12 months, and requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago de Chile.

You will support corporate and investment bankers with client onboarding and KYC lifecycle activities, collaborating with multiple teams to enhance client experience and maintain regulatory compliance.

Job description

Chile's Drive the Future Program is designed to strengthen JPMorganChase's early-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm's culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

During journey in our program, you'll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago de Chile only.

As a WKO Middle Office "Drive the Future" at JPMorganChase, you will support corporate and investment bankers, Market Sales teams, and their product partners with client onboarding and ongoing maintenance activities. The team's core mission is to enhance the overall client experience - spanning the full KYC lifecycle, regulatory and control requirements, and client relationship management - while serving as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for bankers of the Global Corporate Bank (GCB), Market Sales and the Investment Bank (IB) as well as product partners such as Payment Sales Managers regarding all matters related to the KYC program, for Peruvian and Chilean markets
• Coordination and end-to-end management of new client onboardings in partnership with the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) support team
• Facilitation of operational client and business queries.
