As a WKO Middle Office member, you will support corporate and investment bankers, Market Sales teams, and product partners with client onboarding and KYC lifecycle activities, based in Santiago de Chile.

Qualifications

• Last year of undergraduate, or graduate with ≤1 year experience.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for bankers and product partners on KYC program matters for Peruvian and Chilean markets.
• Coordinate and manage new client onboarding with Wholesale KYC Operations support.
• Facilitate operational client and business queries.
