Epiroc Chile is seeking a Business Developer for Digital Solutions in Conchalí, Chile. You will drive growth of digital mining solutions, build strategic client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to meet ambitious sales targets.

You will lead initiatives across digital offerings, collaborate across departments, and champion a growth mindset within a high-energy mining market, with strong emphasis on English and Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mining, technology, software, or related field.
• 5-10 years in sales in mining, construction, or software/digitalization solutions.
• Proven direct sales experience of digital solutions in mining (CAS, Planning, Design, FMS).
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer focus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Strategic and tactical thinking with ability to implement initiatives.
• Adaptable and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take calculated risks and drive innovation.
