Epiroc is seeking a Business Developer for Digital Solutions in the Southern Cone to drive new digital business aligned with strategic goals. You will build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers, inspire teams, and push digital sales targets in a dynamic market.

• Bachelor's degree in mining, technology, software, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• 5-10 years in sales, particularly in mining, construction, or software/digitalization solutions.
• Proven experience in direct sales of digital solutions in mining (CAS, Planning, Design, FMS).
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication with a customer focus.
• Dual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strategic and tactical thinking; able to implement initiatives.
• Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to build relationships to inspire commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Market Share & Revenue: Achieve market share and revenue growth targets for digital solutions.
• Digital Integration: Seamlessly integrate digital solutions into the "One Epiroc" sales approach.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
• Market Expansion: Explore new opportunities within the digital landscape, aligning with Epiroc Southern Cone’s digital strategy.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, using insights to refine strategies and offerings.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Ensure alignment across departments to meet organizational goals.
