BairesDev is seeking a Data Science Technical Lead to guide the design and delivery of a semantic data platform, from the domain ontology to the Python pipelines and machine learning components built on top of it. Qualifications

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning engineering, including technical leadership.
• Engineering-grade Python skills, producing production pipeline code for semantic pipelines, entity resolution, service integrations, evaluation harnesses, and solver adapters, beyond notebook analysis.
• Expertise in ontology and semantic data modeling with RDF 1.1, OWL 2, and SHACL.
• Background designing a bounded domain ontology from a reference dataset, including entity types, typed relationships, cardinality and shape rules, controlled vocabulary, and immutable versioned snapshots.
• Pragmatic modeling judgment, favoring OWL RL or EL where they suffice over unnecessary OWL DL expressiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
