• 1 year of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of maintenance work orders with Data Center Operations and vendors. Plan and schedule technicians, parts, and resources needed for maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain equipment files, parts inventory, and Preventive Maintenance schedules. Manage the process of launching CMMS and work management processes.
• Partner with site supervisors, technicians, SMEs, and facility management to establish work priorities, develop schedules, balance resources, and streamline daily operations; share best practices across sites.
• Provide equipment-related expertise and guidance to improve PM activities and develop long-term maintenance plans and forecasts.
• Manage, schedule, and engage external maintenance vendors to align with data center maintenance goals.
