CONKORD in Chile seeks an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business needs into requirements, and align digital initiatives with business outcomes across web, mobile, and APIs. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure acceptance criteria and UAT are met.

Strong English and Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps fluency are required.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, IT Consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience delivering and evolving digital products or customer-facing technology solutions.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into functional and product requirements.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Advanced to Fluent English (C1/C2).

Job Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, customer pain points, opportunities, and expected outcomes.
  
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
  
• Define and communicate product objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
  
• Support the development of product roadmaps and release planning.
  
• Act as the key liaison between Business, Digital, and Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to validate technical approaches and solutions.
  
• Identify dependencies across existing platforms, APIs, backend systems, and third-party solutions.
  
• Participate in initiatives related to digital channels such as web portals, mobile applications, self-service platforms, e-commerce, and omnichannel customer experiences.
  
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure alignment between customer experience, business objectives, and technical implementation.
  
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate business validation processes.
  
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, blockers, and conflicts impacting project delivery.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, IT Consulting, or similar roles.
  
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a business-technology interface role.
  
• Experience delivering and evolving digital products or customer-facing technology solutions.
  
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into functional and product requirements.
