Statkraft, a leading hydropower and renewables company, seeks a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Lead to design, deploy, and operate IT/OT infrastructure with a security-first approach. You will guide a team of Infrastructure Specialists, define policies, manage incidents, and ensure regulatory alignment across global sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global CSIRT, risk assessments, and ongoing security maturity, while ensuring service levels and business growth.

Formación

• One year of experience leading technical teams.
• Three years of proven cybersecurity and information security experience.
• Three years designing, implementing, and operating IT infrastructure (Windows, Unix, databases, networking).
• Experience in security awareness programs and supplier supervision.
• Incident, change and problem management experience.
• Certifications CEH/eJPT/SSCP/CPENT/Security+.
• Experience with security devices and architectures (NGFW, VPN, IPSEC, SD-WAN, Proxy, LDAP, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR).
• SOAR, threat hunting, NAC, Zero Trust, and patch management experience.
• OT environment knowledge, TCP/IP networking, and ITIL/NIST/ISO controls.
• Knowledge of information security policies and risk management.
• Telecommunications systems, AD, DNS, Windows Server, and VMware familiarity.
• Desirable Azure cloud security knowledge and ICS familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the technical team, ensuring ongoing training and operation.
• Define policies, procedures, and contingency plans for infrastructure and continuity.
• Oversee detection and response to security incidents with timely corrective actions.
• Promote a security-focused culture across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and regulations.
• Design, implement and support cybersecurity solutions using corporate standards.
• Collaborate with global CSIRT for monitoring, prevention, detection, investigation and response.
• Participate in risk assessments and audits for compliance with local and corporate requirements.
• Act as a consultancy to the business on cybersecurity matters.
• Interface with central staff to promote security policies country-wide.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure: servers, environments, deployments and uptime.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Ensure continuity of critical services (network, servers, virtualization, VPN, firewall, Wi‑Fi).
• Lead technical projects as Project Manager.
• Support the business to ensure continuity inside/outside working hours on a 24x7 rotation.
• Stay up to date on threats, trends and new technologies and document knowledge.
