Boston Scientific is seeking a Customer Relationship Inventory Management specialist to oversee inventory operations at customer sites across the region. This 100% field-based role requires close coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy, product availability, and high service levels.
You will perform counts, reconciliations, monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries and returns, and address operational issues related to invoicing and supply.

The Customer Relationship Inventory Management role is responsible for managing inventory operations at customer sites, ensuring inventory accuracy, product availability, and a high level of customer service. This is a 100% field-based role with direct interaction with customers and close coordination with internal teams. Key responsibilities include inventory counting and reconciliation, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating product deliveries and excess inventory returns, and managing consumption and purchase order follow-up. The role will also address operational issues related to deliveries, invoicing, and product supply, while supporting inventory performance and commercial execution. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, inventory management, operational execution, and service levels, ensuring that customer needs are addressed efficiently and inventory processes are executed accurately.
