Formulated Automation is seeking a Compliance Associate to join a US-based client delivering digital asset trading technology solutions. The role aligns with EST working hours, Monday–Friday, and entails end-to-end onboarding, vendor due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
You will review onboarding for low- to medium-risk clients, manage the maintenance pipeline, and escalate high-risk cases to the CCO. Remote work is supported with EST alignment.
Competenze
- 2+ years of compliance or related field experience.
- Experience in crypto/digital asset industry.
- Familiarity with Chainalysis.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB, AML, due diligence, and monitoring.
Mansioni
- Review onboarding applications for low- and medium-risk clients; escalate high-risk to the CCO.
- Manage the client maintenance pipeline for periodic reviews and re-screenings.
- Oversee due diligence for vendors, banking partners, and counterparties.
- Prepare compliance reports for the CCO.
- Conduct first-level reviews of fiat transaction activity and escalate as needed.
- Own end-to-end onboarding workflow with Business Development and Compliance teams.
- Review Reactor wallet whitelisting and escalate high-risk wallets to the CCO.
- Perform bank whitelisting checks and document outputs in ShareFile.
- Review and manage Know Your Transaction (KYT) alerts.
- Oversee ongoing client monitoring and related alerts.
