KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across its brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them, and ship the winners.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems experience, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with paid funnels.

Formación

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and proven results.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability show data behind tests that lifted CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritised by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; ship winners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead CRO/ Funnels meetings.
• Manage CRO agency and decide with Head of Growth when to move work in-house.
