J.P. Morgan in Santiago hosts the Drive the Future program within Global Corporate Bank (GCB). Based in the Santiago office, the program invites recently graduated candidates to join a 6–18 month rotating opportunity with potential renewal, subject to performance and business needs.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, modeling, and coordination with product specialists, while building industry insight and client-facing communication in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Interest in corporate finance and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Commercial mindset – able to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and deliver high-quality results.

Responsabilidades

• Support GCB bankers activities, including financial analysis; modeling and forecasting; and coordination with product specialists.
• Understand business dynamics of industries and sectors, analyzing financial requirements of corporations and risks.
• Development of business plans and preparation of pitch books for clients and prospects.
• Support discussions and approval processes for all products under scope.
• Communicate with business partners to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables; monitor client activity and execution workstreams.
